Leicester City veteran Nolberto Solano has announced that he will retire at the end of this season. The 35-year-old signed a new six-month deal at The Walkers Stadium in May, having initially joined the club on a short-term deal in January.
The ex-Newcastle, Aston Villa and West Ham midfielder forced his way into the team and featured in 11 games as the club reached the play-off semi-finals.
But Solano has now told the Peruvian press this will be his last season.
