Venky's insist they're in charge of Blackburn Rovers for the long haul.
They have made a healthy transfer fund available to Kean for summer squad strengthening and, as they close in on Monaco defender Cedric Mongongu, look forward to their first full season in charge.
A club statement to the Lancashire Telegraph, read: "Blackburn Rovers football club would like to assure all supporters that the owners (Venky's) remain as passionate and committed to the club as ever.
"The owners vehemently refute any suggestions to the contrary and are continuing to work hard to push the club forward through a strategy based around systematic growth."
