Venezia midfielder Franco Zuculini has spoken of working with Ralf Rangnick.

Zuculini played for Rangnick at Hoffenheim and commented on the German coach as he continues to be linked with AC Milan.

"Rangnick? I have a nice memory of him. He is a great coach, he knows how to work very well with young people, he helps them to grow," said Zuculini to TMW.

"Look at (Roberto) Firmino, he's a product of his. Rangnick has been able to enhance his characteristics. In general, over many years, he has created crazy footballers.

"Differences from an Italian coach? He is German ... and the Germans work a lot with the ball, from the first to the last minute. I remember the training was beautiful, we did exercises that have not yet arrived in Italy. And during the week we never did the same exercise, this made the training sessions more beautiful.

"Italian football is different, but I am sure that if the coach really went to Milan he would be able to involve all the boys. He will do well. He has proven to be a great coach. And surely he doesn't need advice."
