Manchester United defender Raphael Varane says the team is improving as they adjust to manager Erik ten Hag's methods.
United sit fourth, nine points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal, who they face this weekend.
Varane said, "Now we feel much better than in the last game against Manchester City. Now we know better what Erik ten Hag wants and how he wants to do it.
"We see the evolution of this team. We played a full-fledged game at a high level. We are very happy. The intensity of every game in the Premier League is unbelievable. It's very similar to the big matches in the Champions League.
"The rhythm is very high. Football players in the league are well prepared physically. We know how difficult it is to win, but Manchester United is strong."
