Camilo Sanvezzo has been named the MLS Player of the Week for Week 35 of the 2013 season.
The Vancouver Whitecaps striker netted a hat-trick in the 3-0 home win over Colorado Rapids to land his fourth award of the campaign which also allowed him to clinch the MLS Golden Boot award.
Camilo, who was named player of the week in weeks 17, 20 and 32, scored in the 44th, 74th and 84th minutes as the Whitecaps finished the regular season in seventh position on the Western Conference table.
The trio of goals took his tally to 22 which landed Camilo the leading scorer crown ahead of Chicago Fire's Mike Magee (21) and Montreal Impact's Marco Di Vaio (20).
It was the seventh time a Whitecaps player has taken the weekly award this season with Kekuta Manneh, Brad Knighton and Kenny Miller adding to Camilo's quartet.
