Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal has called on Tottenham winger Steven Bergwijn to leave the club.
The Dutch coach does not like to pick players who are playing bit part roles for their club sides.
While Bergwijn did score some important goals for Spurs last term, most of them came off the bench.
He struggled even more for game time after Dejan Kulusevki's arrival in the winter.
Van Gaal wants Bergwijn to move to Ajax for regular first team football.
Speaking to reporters, van Gaal said (via Mike Verweij of De Telegraaf): "If it's up to me, Steven Bergwijn may join Ajax as soon as possible."
