Mark van Bommel insists he's not planning to quit AC Milan.

The 34-year-old insists that he is not days away from leaving Milanello.

"I've never asked to be sold," he stated. "When I left Holland in 2005 I promised that I would go back to end my career there.

"Nevertheless, that moment hasn't arrived just yet. I have six months left on my Milan contract and then we'll see what happens."
