Valencia midfielder David Albelda wants a move to Atletico Madrid.

The Spain international has made a switch to the Vicente Calderon a priority and is hopeful Atletico will come knocking if he can gain a release from his Valencia contract.

A decision over his Los Che deal will be made next week.
