Spanish giants Valencia will be opening a new office in Singapore, it has been announced.
The six-time La Liga champions, who are owned by Singaporean businessman Peter Lim, revealed the location of the new office to be at Great World City shopping precinct in the central area of Singapore.
Peter Draper, a former Director at Manchester United, will oversee the set-up of the office.
"The fans in Asia, and especially Singapore, love football and, with our owner being a Singaporean, common sense was to set up the office in Singapore," Draper told The Straits Times.
"Last season was great for the club under the new Asian ownership, and it is fair to say we got a lot of attention from around the world, so we want to build on that and expand further."
