Valencia, RB Leipzig to pounce as Liverpool set Wilson price

Liverpool are ready to put Harry Wilson up for sale.

The Mirror says they're letting the Welsh midfielder leave for £21million.

The 22-year-old star proved a big hit during a season-long loan at Championship play-off finalists Derby, but it is believed Jurgen Klopp will allow him to leave the new European champions permanently.

Wilson is desperate for a chance at Anfield next season, but it seems likely he will be sold instead.

That has alerted several clubs in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig in the hunt for the talented youngster.

The success of England star Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal's Reiss Nelson, who spent last season on loan at Hoffenheim, has raised the profile of talented British youngsters in Germany – and they are keen to import more from English football.

There is also Spanish interest with La Liga sides Valencia and Getafe tracking Wilson, alongside a host of Premier League clubs – including Leicester and newly-promoted play-off final winners Aston Villa.
