Valencia's corporate director Javier Solis cannot guarantee coach Ruben Baraja will be in charge next season.
Even if Baraja guides VCF to Primera safety, Solis refused to make any commitments.
He said, "We cannot deny the sporting situation and the commitment is total to reverse the situation.
"With the support of the fans, the players and with the conviction that we are Valencia and they have to get out of there, we have to turn the situation around.
"The planning is handled with the added difficulty of being in the situation we are in. We are convinced that we will be in the Primera."
Solis added: "The possibility of Baraja's continuity on the bench if the team continues in the Primera is an option."
