Brentford B defender Val Adedokun has decided to extend his stay at the club.

The youngster has penned a contract that will keep him a Bee until the end of the 2025-2026 season.

The B-team's head coach Neil MacFarlane only had positive words to share regarding their skipper.

He stated of the 21-year-old: “Val has been a fantastic defender for the B team during my time here. We have seen him grow and develop season after season and, this particular campaign, we have given him the captaincy and he has carried that so well.

"He is a quiet leader but has great standards in his performance levels which have been extremely high. He has been able to contribute at the other end of the pitch too, with big goals and assists to add to his defensive qualities.

"He deserves his new contract and I'm delighted for him, and we want to see him keep improving and progressing with us."
