Jamaican sprint star Usain Bolt was deep in conversation with Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson after Saturday's win over Fulham.

Bolt, a lifelong United fan who urged supporters to persuade Ferguson to sign him, likes to think he played his own part in the success.

"I shook their hands before they went on the field so I guess I was a good luck charm," said the charismatic Jamaican.
