US bloggers furious with Bradley selections

The selections for Bob Bradley's most recent US National Team squad have been released to negative reviews around the blogosphere.

The selection which covers the two upcoming World Cup 2010 qualifiers against Cuba and Trinidad & Tobago is notably short on attacking options. Omitted from the squad is Kenny Cooper, a former Manchester United reservist and current FC Dallas sharpshooter. Cooper was last called into the US squad in March 2007.

Cooper's omission has raised the angst of bloggers throughout the United States as has the snubs to Monaco's Freddy Adu and Villarreal's Jozy Altidore. Adu and Altidore represented the United States in the Olympics but have now missed out on Bradley's last several squads.
