Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has made a contract request to president Florentino Perez.

Ramos is considering his future this summer and left Florentino with a test before breaking up for the summer offseason.

El Confidencial says the Spaniard has asked the president to extend his current deal by one year to 2022. Ramos isn't after a pay-rise, instead he wants to know that management still believe in him.

Florentino has Ramos' demand, but is yet to respond.

Should the answer be negative, the defender will seek to leave this summer, with Juventus keen.
