Jerome Sinclair featured for Liverpool U21s in their 2-2 draw with Morecambe yesterday.

Sinclair appeared to announce his departure from Liverpool on Twitter last month, but still remains on the books.

The England youth striker struck his first goal of preseason yesterday. A fully fit Samed Yesil also saw action for the Reds.

Liverpool U21 coach Michael Beale told the club's website: "It was great to see Jerome get his first goal of the pre-season for us and we had chances to win it with Samed missing a great opening."
