UEFA plan to finish European leagues by June 30

UEFA have committed to completing Europe's domestic leagues by June 30.

All of Europe's football leagues have been suspended due to the rapidly evolving

The governing body have released a statement outlining the scheduling goal after Euro2020 was postponed for one year.

They now hope to use the free time to complete Europe's domestic competitions.

It read: "(There is) a commitment to complete all domestic and European club competitions by the end of the current sporting season, ie 30th June 2020 at the latest, should the situation improve and resuming playing be appropriate and prudent enough.

"Possible limitations or drops of current exclusive calendar slots, potentially resulting in the scheduling of domestic league matches in midweek and scheduling of UEFA club competitions matches on weekends."
