Udinese are threatening Juventus' deal for Czech Republic starlet Martin Fenin.
Juve have agreed a £2.5 million fee with Fenin's club, Teplice, ahead of the January market.
However, Tuttosport says with Fenin yet to sign any contract, Udinese have stepped in with a counter offer this week.
