Udinese coach Gabriele Cioffi has dismissed talk of losing Lazar Samardzic to Inter Milan in January.
The midfielder is being linked with the Nerazzurri.
“I'm not concerned with the transfer market," said Cioffi.
“If Samardzic leaves, stays or becomes a Udinese icon, I'm not interested. I only care about what Samardzic does these days.
“Tomorrow, if he plays for the team, he has to do what everyone else does. He has to be strong with the ball and even stronger without it.
“Having said this, he has all the means to be a driving force. If he doesn't do so, the competition is not lacking."
