Udinese chief Gino Pozzo insists winger Alexis Sanchez will not be sold this month.
The 22-year-old Chile international has attracted inquiries from Inter Milan and Chelsea.
"We will put a notice in our supermarket with the following slogan written on it: 'closed for the holidays until January 31'," Pozzo said.
"We have a technical project and we want to carry it forward."
