Trabzonspor has confirmed reports that Manchester United and Lille have sent scouts to watch Abdulkadir Omur and Yusuf Yazici.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to recruit young talent this summer and has identified the Turkish duo as potential targets.

Asked by reporters if scouts were present for Trabzonspor's 4-2 win over Kayserispor on Monday night, club chairman Ahmet Agaoglu said: "Our players have been watched closely for a long time.

"Today, Manchester United and Lille scouts were at the game.

"It makes us very proud that Trabzonspor players are on the radars of the biggest clubs in Europe."

Yazici could be brought in as a replacement for midfielders Paul Pogba and Ander Herrera, who are reportedly set to leave Old Trafford.

Talented winger Omur is considered one of his country's prodigious young talents, having scored four goals and notched seven assists in Super Lig this season.
