Toulouse president Olivier Sadran says he is prepared to sell Etienne Capoue this summer.
The France midfielder has been linked with Arsenal and Tottenham.
"For Capoue, if a substantial offer is made, a little better than we received this winter (12 million, from Queens Park Rangers) I gave him my commitment that he could leave," confirmed Sadran.
