Tottenham midfielder Giovani dos Santos insists agent Pini Zahavi respects his opinion.

"He backed me to the maximum from the first day I decided to leave Barcelona," Giovani told setantasports.com.

"Obviously I think that people can give you advice but at the end of the day the player is the one who takes the decision.

"Who is going to play? Me. Who is going to play well or bad? It's going to be me, not him."
