Tottenham have pulled off a transfer coup by securing a young midfielder on deadline day.
The Premier League giants are set to sign midfielder Lucas Bergvall from Swedish side Djurgarden.
Spurs have ensured the 17-year-old picked them over other, more illustrious clubs.
Per the BBC, Bergvall will cost Spurs a fee approaching £8.5 million, which is a modest sum for a top flight club.
He had been linked to the likes of Barcelona, but has been assured of his first team path at Spurs.
The London club have also allowed 20-year-old striker Alejo Veliz to sign for Sevilla on loan for the rest of the season.
