Tottenham winger Gareth Bale is struggling to make their Champions League clash with AC Milan.
The Daily Mail says Bale is losing his battle to face AC Milan in the Champions League next Wednesday after being ruled out of Sunday's clash at Wolves.
Bale, 21, has been missing with a back injury since January, is yet to return to full training during mid-season break in Dubai.
He is rated extremely unlikely to make the second leg against Milan, which Spurs go into with a 1-0 lead.
