Tottenham are ready to reward Ryan Mason a new contract.
The London Evening News says Mason is due to be handed an improved contract by Tottenham following his excellent form since breaking into the first team.
Mason's current deal runs out at the end of next season although the club have an option to extend it by a further two years, which they have always planned to do.
Spurs are now prepared to tear up his contract, thought to be worth less than £10,000 a week, and offer him fresh terms at the end of the season, which would take him closer to the £15-20,000-a-week mark.
