Tottenham are interested in securing the signature of Rosario Central striker Alejo Veliz this summer.
The Premier League club are assessing the Argentina Under-20 international, as are Nottingham Forest, AC Milan, and Roma.
Per The Mail, Veliz is a hot property, having scored three in four games at the U20 World Cup.
The 6ft 2in striker is only 19 years old, but already has 19 goals in 59 games for Rosario as a first team player.
Spurs are hoping to secure a young forward who can lead the line when Harry Kane is not involved.
While a deal to take Kane to Bayern is still possible, recent reports have suggested he may be more amenable to staying at Spurs.
