Tottenham are moving for Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin.
The 24-year-old, whose France side reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup, has been the subject of an enquiry from Tottenham's arch-rivals Arsenal.
But while the Gunners have yet to make a bid, Spurs have stepped in to steal a march on their north London neighbours and are understood to be in talks with Southampton, says the Mirror.
