Tottenham Hotspur's reported interest in Douglas Costa is gaining legs.
The Daily Mirror is of the belief that Spurs will launch a pursuit of the Bayern Munich winger this summer as they prepare to go around again in the Champions League.
Costa is unhappy in Germany due to a lack of game time under Carlo Ancelotti and is seeking an Allianz Arena exit.
The 26-year-old could cost as much as £30million but it is understood that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is willing to spend the right amount on quality additions as the North Londoners set themselves for a genuine assault on the Premier League title and a massive improvement in Europe.
Mauricio Pochettino is likely to get rid of £30m flop Moussa Sissoko and use some of the cash the club receives on that deal to go after Costa.
