Tottenham are ready to bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus.

The Mirror says Spurs are tracking Reus with the Germany international stalling over a new deal.

Reus, 28, will have just a year left on his contract at the end of the season. But he is waiting to find out the extent of his club's ambition in the transfer market before he commits himself to fresh terms.

Liverpool are also admirers of Reus who scored Borussia Dortmund's opener in last night's 1-1 draw at home to Augsburg.
