Pau Lopez has cleaned out his locker at Espanyol as he prepares to join Tottenham.

Spurs and Espanyol have been haggling over terms for the young goalkeeper for the past ten days.

Pau is expected to initially join Spurs on a season-long loan with the option to sign permanently in June.

The goalkeeper took part in Espanyol training yesterday, but is expected to be en route for London this morning with the two clubs now on the brink of an agreement.

Pau is expected to undergo a medical as Spurs rush to get him registered in time for this weekend's game.
