Tottenham have tabled a bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic.

The USA international has been linked with Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea just this week.

However, NBC Sports says it is Spurs which have come forward with the first concrete offer for the American.

Tottenham have launched a £44m offer for Pulisic, 19.

In May, the player's father, Mark, declared: "He has been linked with Tottenham. Last week it was Liverpool. The week before Man United. The week before that ... it's nonsense."
