Despite Carlo Cudicini's contract expiring in the summer, Tottenham are finding it difficult to come to an agreement with Chelsea.

Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is keen to sign the out of favour keeper as competition for current number one Heurelho Gomes but is struggling to agree a deal with the Blues before the end of the transfer window.

It is believed Tottenham have offered £1million for Cudicini.
