Olympique Marseille have rejected the chance to sign Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente.

Marseille are in the market for a centre-forward signing this month and have been offered Llorente.

France Football says the Spaniard wants to leave Spurs in pursuit of regular first team football and his agents made contact with OM.

However, the French giants have passed on the prospect of signing Llorente.

The former Athletic Bilbao striker is eager to leave Spurs after finding himself restricted to a backup role behind star man Harry Kane.
