Tottenham signing Steven Bergwijn left PSV Eindhoven this week with some bitterness remaining between the two parties.
Eindhovens Dagblad says there's some anger inside PSV over the manner of Bergwijn's departure for Spurs.
The winger asked not to be considered for last week's clash with FC Twente and was granted permission on the proviso he did not fly to England, it is claimed. However, there's suggestions Bergwijn did indeed spend time in England before the deal was closed.
PSV chief John de Jong admits he is in the dark over whether Begrwijn flew to England at the time, adding: "The transfer went ahead, that's one thing for sure.
"The transfer also went ahead because Bergwijn dropped part of his contractually stipulated compensation amount upon departure."
