Tottenham have confirmed that £22m signing Son Heung-min has gained a work permit and will be free to play for his new side.

The application was something of a formality as the 23 year old has established himself as one of the key players in the South Korean side and becomes the most expensive Asian player of all time.

Spurs have also confirmed that their new signing will wear the No7 shirt.
