Tottenham were left furious with the actions of PSG over the January market.
Spurs had made Tanguy Ndombele available during the winter transfer window and before he returned to Lyon, the midfielder also attracted serious interest from PSG.
Local journalist Romain Molina reports PSG chief Leonardo offered several players in swap talks for Ndombele.
Leandro Paredes and Ander Herrera were among those offered by Leonardo, but when Spurs made contact with the pair they were left "shocked" when learning it was the first either player had learned of the offer.
As such, Spurs eventually did business with OL to send Ndombele back to his former club on-loan.
