Tottenham have been rocked by Blackburn Rovers' price for Ashley Phillips.
The teenage defender was expected to join Rovers last week. But the move has stalled over Rovers' new asking price.
Tottenham had aimed to sign Phillips for £2m.
The Sun says Rovers are demanding £9.45m to sell the defender - with £5m up front.
Blackburn then want £150,000 when Phillips starts at his new club and TEN bonuses in all after a set number of appearances, up to 80 games.
