Tottenham reps are in Brazil this weekend for talks with Santos over a deal for Neilton. The Daily Mail says the 19-year-old winger is out of contract. He has been hailed as the new Neymar but is still a work in progress.

Sevilla have offered £600,000 but Santos are looking to reach agreement on a 10 percent sell-on clause as they believe that will bring a greater return than minimal transfer fee. Tottenham are keen on a deal of that nature.
