Tottenham are ready to announce the signing of Djed Spence.

Spence has already posed in a Tottenham shirt ahead of his big-money move from Middlesbrough to Tottenham.

The 21-year-old right wing-back caught Antonio Conte's eye last season as he helped Nottingham Forest to seal promotion while on loan.

Talks have been taking place for weeks but finally the two clubs have struck a compromise.

Spurs will pay Championship side Boro £12.5m up-front, with a further £7.5m to potentially come in add-ons.

Spence underwent his medical with the Premier League side on Friday.
