Bayern Munich's second offer for Tottenham star Harry Kane will be rejected.
The Premier League club are not interested in selling their ace marksman this summer.
Per The Mail, a Bayern offer of £70 million plus add-ons is not seen as anywhere close to sufficient.
Kane only has a year remaining on his contract, but Spurs would rather lose him on a free next summer than sell him for a low fee now.
Bayern are eager to sign Kane, while the forward would not mind moving to Germany.
Manchester United are also in the mix for Kane, but Spurs' demands from any domestic rival would be even greater.
