Tottenham are preparing a bid for FC Basle winger Mohamed Salah.
The White Hart Lane club's sporting director Franco Baldini was in Basel on Tuesday to run the rule over the Swiss side's £20million-rated Egyptian, says the Mirror.
Salah - also linked with Liverpool this month - added the late match-winner to his goal at Stamford Bridge in September, when his blistering pace embarrassed England centurion Ashley Cole.
