Tottenham are eyeing Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi.

Guehi is being considered at Spurs as an alternative to Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni.

The Athletic says Guehi, who used to play for Chelsea, is high up on the club's wishlist. However, the potential fee involved may deter Spurs from moving for the 21-year-old, who spent 14 years at Stamford Bridge before moving to Palace last season.

In his debut season in England's top flight, Guehi played in 36 of Palace's 38 Premier League matches, scoring twice in back-to-back games against Burnley and Aston Villa.

Prior to his move to Selhurst Park, Guehi spent a season and a half out on loan with Swansea City and helped them to reach the final of the Championship play-offs in the 2020/21 season, losing to Brentford in the play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
