Tottenham are preparing a bid for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan.
The former Manchester United forward has admitted this season he'd welcome a return to England and is rated highly by Spurs boss Juande Ramos.
The People says Ramos is weighing up making an offer for Forlan, though the Uruguayan will take some persuading after helping Atletico to Champions League qualification this season.
