Tottenham's move for Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra has stalled over personal terms.

Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is keen to be reunited with his former Portsmouth star.

Madrid are eager to recoup as much of the £20m they paid for him as possible, with few willing to meet that price as yet.

Tottenham are confident they can come to a compromise over the fee but Diarra is not willing to take a massive pay cut, according to sources in Spain.
