Tottenham midfielder Steven Bergwijn says he's making good progress from his ankle injury.

He was caught by a tackle late in the 1-1 draw at Turf Moor in the Premier League on 7 March.

Bergwijn has been working hard at Hotspur Way since and was in a positive frame of mind in terms of his rehabilitation when he spoke to us earlier in the week.

“I'm making progress," he said. “As you can see, I can walk now and today (Thursday) I'll get my new boot, so that's good news.

“At the moment I got the kick (at Burnley) I thought it was serious. I was in so much pain and that night, I couldn't sleep. It was bad, but we're making progress and I'll come back stronger."
