Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko has spoken of France's elimination from Euro 2020 last night.
The World Cup winners were eliminated in the round of 16 by Switzerland in a penalty shootout.
Sissoko stated: “Yes, the disappointment is even stronger. We are a team that is used to being strong defensively.
"At 3-1, it is rare to see the France team be brought down like this. We may have defended poorly compared to previous matches. It's frustrating, it's hard. You have to accept it, raise your head, but it will take time.
"We should have managed the end of the match better. Everyone is disappointed in the locker room. The coach saw disappointment on everyone's face and we saw it on his. He knew how to find the right words. We will all assume this together."
