Tottenham midfielder Erik Lamela says he's taken summer signing Giovani Lo Celso under his wing.

The Argentine's start to life in north London has been hampered by a hip injury that has ruled him out of action until October,.

“We are together all the time because I'm helping him," Lamela confirmed to Sky Sports.

“I'm happy he's here.

“His English is not the best at the moment. It is improving and his English will get better quickly. I remember when I arrived my English was the same, it was difficult for me. So, I am close to him to help him with everything."
