Tottenham manager sets sights on Europa League glory

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is aiming to take out this season's Europa League.

Spurs won their opening game 3-1 against Qarabag on Thursday night, thanks to a brace from Son Heung-min, and the Argentine tactician is now looking to achieve glory in Europe's second tier club competition.

"It is not easy to win the Europa League," Pochettino said.

"Whether it is more realistic or not is the big question, like last season.

"As a big club we have to try to arrive in the final and win the Europa League."

The North London club were beaten in the Round of 32 stage by Fiorentina last term.
