Premiership clubs have until Monday to sign Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko for an affordable price.
The Daily Star says Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City and Spurs admire the Bosnian, who has a clause in his contract which allows him to quit if a club offers £35m before midnight on Monday.
AC Milan and Bayern Munich have declared an interest and new Wolfsburg boss Steve McClaren admitted his new club were powerless to prevent striker Dzeko moving on if a bid beats the deadline.
